Eu já traduzi para a versão da Errata do Mageia 3 em pt_Br. O texto que traduzi. Eu não tenho certeza se esse erro mencionado na errata é mesmo erro relatado no bug que vc mencionou, mas é bem parecido.

- Adição de mídia on-line durante a instalação
Ao adicionar repositórios online no início de uma instalação da Mageia 3, com as imagens ISO do instalador clássicos (dual-cd, dvd x86_64, dvd i586), devem ser tomadas as seguintes medidas.
Garantir que a versão da imagem iso é datada de 06 de junho de 2013. Se você tem a versão 18 de Maio, ele pode ser atualizado com o comando
Substitua o x86_64-DVD com i586_DVD ou dual-CD, conforme o caso, e o /path/ (caminho) do diretório que contém a imagem iso com a versão de 18 de maio. Não se esqueça da barra no final, em ambos os nomes. O espelho, mirrors.kernel.org, pode ser substituído por qualquer espelho mageia que suportar o protocolo rsync.
Não aceitar a seleção do repositório padrão. Ou desmarque o repositório Nonfree Release, ou selecione os repositórios Nonfree do Release2 e repositórios Nonfree Updates. Em uma instalação de 64 bits, selecione também Nonfree Release 32 bits, e Nonfree Updates de 32 bits.
No final da instalação, NÃO DEIXE que ele verifique se há atualizações, ou ele vai adicionar um segundo conjunto de repositórios online.

- Adding online media during install
When adding online repositories at the beginning of a Mageia 3 installation, with the classical installer iso images (dual-cd, x86_64 dvd, i586 dvd), the following steps must be taken.
Ensure the version of the iso image is dated June 6th, 2013. If you have the May 18th version, it can be updated with the command
Replace the x86_64-DVD with i586_DVD or dual-CD, as appropriate, and the /path/ with the directory containing the May 18th version of the iso image. Don’t forget the trailing slash, on both names. The mirror, mirrors.kernel.org, can be replaced by any mageia mirror, that supports the rsync protocol.
Do not accept the default repository selection. Either unselect the Nonfree Release repository, or select the Nonfree Release2 and Nonfree Updates repositories. On a 64 bit install, also select Nonfree 32 bit Release, and Nonfree 32 bit Updates.
At the end of the installation, DO NOT let it check for updates, or it will add a second full set of online repositories.
